9/22/20 HeyMate	1	1	1	1	1	This guy cant even kick a soccer ball. He yells at kids and scars them for life hoping he can get them to quit soccer. Doesnt matter how many states or clubs he hops to....parents and kids dont like this guy and he doesnt last long in one spot cuz the losses pile up. Save ur money.

10/26/13 Getitdone	4	5	4	4	4	Yes he yells sometimes. Very Passionate about the game. My kid loved guesting with his team and practicing with him. Could not wait to go. He is very good at evaluating a players strengths and weaknesses and determining where on the field they would be most effective. Very good about communicating with his players what he expects. Kids were very motivated and he was creative and willing to make adjustments and try kids in new places. Definitely stretches the kids to go the extra mile for him.
2/19/12 Jimmyd	3	3	1	2	1	This is a coach that is hot or cold, screams and yells during game situations to the point that his players freeze, glad he left Surf and went to Arsenal.
12/1/11	5	5	5	5	5	Lightening really let a good one go. Coach Jay is very excellent. Now coaches at Surf. Helped us win Surf Cup.
