5/5/17 Panda Bear	1	1	1	1	1	Always made my son feel horrible. (his word not mine) During practices I always tried to look the other way thinking that my son needed the discipline that he was receiving from this coach. I had to bite my tongue so many times thinking it was normal. But no it is not normal for a coach to make your son cry during and after practice or to tell them that they were not playing good enough. It is not normal for a coach to compare his players and point fingers and telling them the only ones that played good today was you, you and you. This was one of the worst days for my son. This was the day that my son got so disappointed with this coach that he wanted to stop playing soccer. The lack of respect he has for the parents is another issue. Zero appreciation for anything that the parents did for the team. He does not play his team as a team but he will built his team around his star player. I can honestly go on and on with complains but there is not enough time in the day.
4/10/17 JSLE	1	1	1	1	1	Does not communicate with the parents about success or areas of improvement after the games. Development -- is not sure how to mesh the boys to play as a team. Seems to be missing some core team building skills. Fun -- There is nothing fun about the practices or playing with this one. Professionalism -- Really rough on the communication. Has zero sportsman like conduct towards the players. The players walk off the field after a game saying they hate this guy. After two different games one season several players where in tears because of his rage. One parent referred to him as the bully on the pitch. His coaching behavior is inconsistent with the clubs mission and values. Recommendation-- parents beware.
