54455Breath of fresh air from our last club. Kids have lots of opportunities to practice, scrimmage and play for other teams. Has lots of bonding experiences and ensures all the kids get playtime.

21111Pete plays favorites. Texts bizarre messages. Never keeps consistent practice schedules. Better for younger kids. Bad mouths other coaches and clubs. Sarcastic and very hard to talk to.

21111I have seen Pete jump from club to club with little to no success to show for it. He cares little about your development because he doesn't have the knowledge to develop players. Yelling to no end does not develop players. He bad mouths other coaches and clubs to try and line his own pockets. He is in it for all the wrong reasons.

55555Pete has been an amazing coach to my son and builds confidence and team bonding. He now coaches for TVSA and is a refreshing change from David and Ryan Halliday who care solely about the WIN and their own egos.

32232If you stay with this coach watch your money. He seems to plan trips for his players for his own entertainment. He has been in the area far too long with little or no recent success. He is not the technical coach that should be used today. His tricks are washed up and old. Needs to retire.

Tell it like it is
42434I agree with some of the other Posters that more technical training needs to happen. Practices with 2-3 teams at a time. Overstretched within the club and can never focus effort on 1 team exclusively. Keeps it fun for the buys and he gives and demands respect from the boys. Communication has got better over the years and has been honest and upfront with our team and individually. The boys like him and he keeps it fun but would like to see more single team training with individual skills highlighted.

42232Too busy to focus on a team. Plays favorites.

55555Great coach who brings more scrimmages, more activities, and more opportunities than most coaches. Keeps things fun while also focused. Most importantly ensures every player exhibits sporting behavior.

53322Great goalie coach but disappointing as a team coach (no focus on scoring). Immature in many respects.

42322Needs to provide more techinal training, only match games in training sessions. Horrible with parents unless you have something to offer? Should stay with the U12s and below.

54555Very Good Coach for kids 10 to 16 years old. He is also a goalkeeper coach with many of his old goalkeepers playing at college and I think one (Turner) with the U17 National team.

52222Plays favorites big time. The kids have fun until game time, then he kisses the back side of who ever he thinks will do the most for him. He takes advantage of anyone who gets to close. Over works the kids with 8 hour practices on the off season. He does do fun activities with the kids to help bond with them. He should not coach beyond a U12 team.
