2/4/12 Yankeepapa13	4	5	5	3	5	PROS - Brilliant coach who is at his best in training. His understanding and implamentation of the "beautiful game" is top shelf for both the youngers and the olders alike. Friendly, personable and a father himself, so he understands what it means to have children. Great friend to talk to when the drama of club soccer becomes too much. Always great advice. CON (And I can only think of one) - He has a very hard time cutting kids from the team, so things can get messy. Hence the 3 in communication.
