He spent so much time yelling at the refs, I think he forget about coaching the game. Unless you were one of his favorites, then you could do no wrong. In general, high turnover on his teams and he depends on recruitment to improve the team. Had a chance to win the State Cup, #1 seed and got knocked out in the Final Four. Was favored to win the league and ended in second. Overall, had the potential to be a great coach, but his loyality to long term players gets in the way on his being an elite level coach.
