1/31/13 Leopardgecko	5	5	4	4	5	Can be hard on the girls, but even after a hard practice with laps they come away smiling. Gets out in plays with the girls and makes it fun. He is excellent at explaining the why around what is going on the field and incorporating skills into the strategy of the game. Smart soccer players do well with him.
1/1/13 Bugatti1234	2	1	1	1	1	Erik teaches skills well which is important. Unfortunately, he plays HEAVY favorites and has no idea where to position players. He micro-manages during games and makes inappropriate comments to the players and parents. Very un-professional. His criticism is not constructive but demeaning and his frustration is easily recognized by his constant screaming at the players. Makes the game far more complicated than it needs to be and simply is not all that and even a bag of stale chips.
11/16/12	5	5	4	4	5	People with "Princesses" for daughters will never get him. He will throw out a sarcastic comment for an attention getter. Then, his incredibly good coaching techniques and reccomendations are worth the wait. He cares so much for his players that he almost got kicked out of a game this year (2012) for saying, "A little HOME COOKING here." when one of his girls was really cheap-shotted badly from behind.
