Runs Dallas Texans ENCL-RL program, and it is mind blowing Hassan allows him to stay on. All teams are bottom table, and he is more interested in hitting his dollar quota dictated by Texans organization to have 22 players signed than coaching. His assistant takes most of practices. Connell is allowed to hide in RL doing nothing, and your player will not develop.
